Activation of different Services without my request

Dear Sir,

I have been using AIRTEL mobile services for almost 6-7 years. Currently I am using Pre paid service & my cell no is 9890832061.I am now seriously thinking of switching to any other service provider due to below reason

In the past I have faced this issue couple of times where AIRTEl unneccesarily activates services like Health tips, Wallpaper downloads and other junk stuff without me requesting to any of such services.

I called your Customer Care Center and the person used to give the reason that I have asked for such request which is completely false. I have even spoken to their senior managers and conveyed my frustration.

Again now in this mont I have recieved a SMS saying that my Bollyspice subscription is renewed. This time I have not called your Customer Care Center and am surely going to take this issue to higher authorities untill you completely stop doing such malpractices.

Waiting for your reply failing which I will move to the next level.
