BLOCK OUTGOING CALLS

Recently I switched to airtel number (9027347042). I had given all the documents at the time of activation of sim. But now my outgoing calls has been stopped. When I talked to customer care he said after submitting your documents it will resume in 4 hrs. Now it has been 7 days when I submit the documents to chandracharya chowk airtel office in Haridwar. but outgoing calls are still not working. I complained about it to 121@in.airtel.com customer care and nodal office uttarakhand as well through email but I did not get any response from customer care. I hope this mail will help me to resolve such problem. I am not getting any kind of support from customer care.
