My landline number is 0120-4331270.
Raised a complaint on 5th August (1861120) logged by Mr Tushar. Marketing person provided me with a different plan (including free calls etc.) but billing on a different plan. Was told it will be resolved by 3:26pm on 6th Aug.
Called on 8th August, was told by Mr Naveen that somebody will be calling in 4 hrs.
Call again on 9th August, attended by Mr Paras who told that the status of my call is resolved. Only information provided is somebody tried to contact me but call could not get through so the complaint is closed. He raised a new call with reference number 2013834.
Called again on 10th August, attended by Ms Poonam confirming that somebody will call back
Yet no response.
Called again in the afternoon, attended by Mr Jagjit, again confirmed somebody will be calling me. Raised another complaint (2102538) regarding parallel ringing, call transfers being charged.
Yet no response.
Call on 11th August, attended by Mr Anirudh. Same status. gave me nodal officer Mr Gurmit Singh's number (011-41614777) on which I heard the music for more than 20 minutes and then the message said to call later.
Called again on 13th August, attended by Mr Sooraj. This time again both the calls were closed with no updates. He kindly re-opened the calls with same reference number. Raised another complaint on the same day with Mr Sooraj as below:
1- Ref no. 2256046 - regarding incoming calls issue (This issue was resolved on the same day)
16th August) called again, attended by Mr Anurag. There is no outstanding call as all the calls have been closed. Comments, call logged incorrectly (wrong category) so closed from the backend. Gave me Senior escalation number and email id appellate.ncr@airtel.in (011-41614690) of Mr Vikas. Again listened music for 7 minutes and asked to call later.
Since then I have written (reminded) 4 times on the email id and only thing I get back is an automated reply telling my query will be resolved in 72 hours.
Is this is the treatment you expect after being a loyal customer for over 5 years from the most reputed service provider on the country.
Surprisingly I have received bill for the next month on the same incorrect billing plan and with a late feed added on top of it.
Can somebody suggest me of some way by which I can get somebody in airtel to respond to this.
