i am airtel mobile recharge retailer today i am recharge customer mobile no 9960378353, RS-1000

company say rs 1000 plan is apple iphone4 s net plan but my customer mobile is nokia 1100

and my customer want full T T plan but company not change the plan, plz sir give me help...
