Balance Deduction

My name is Ratan Singh and i am using airtel service from long time.

Today i have a complaint from airtel service. My account balance automatically deduct around 45 rs. And i make 4-5 time call in customer care but i didn't get any satisfied answer. customer executive told me i make a international call at 5.30 pm. But i would like to conform you that i didn't make any call even in my career. So i have request you kindly refund my debit amount in my account.

it's happening second time with me when balance automatically dabit from my account.

really it's too much.

i would like to advice airtel users please leave it and use another service.
