Mnp rejection and stop service

Airtel is Rejecting my Porting Request and stop service

I am using airtel no 9928036387 (Jaipur) for the last 4 yrs. And i want to change my mobile operator Through mobile number portability from airtel to Docomo on 19/08.

I have complete all formalities, but i receive a message from docomo that Airtel mobile operator reject your porting on 27/08 and same day airtel stop my number .after contacting to relation ship center they tell me that my document is in complete so that my number is stop .then I have also contact to nodal office but till date my number is not working.

I am planning to file a complaint in consumer court for compensation.

Please help me in this regard.
