Deduction of Balance

I have an airtel prepaid mobile no. 9897200152. Company has deducted Rs. 30.00 from my balance. and not agree to refund my balance. They are saying that this amount can not be refunded. I told that I will port than thay told as u wish.

I want to refund my deducted balance as soon as possible.
