I am using prepaid mobile services number 9910481070 and extremely disappointed at your unethical illegal practices of deducting money from the account of helpless consumers…

I related to some instances alongwith reference numbers shown below which will give you some INSIGHT to HOW MUCH YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE BEING HARRASSED NOW A DAYS…..

1. Message from 51818 on 15 August at 20:06 Hrs saying Thank you for your participation; Keep watching IBN7

2. Message from 59830 on 16 August at 22:10 Hrs saying Thanks for choosing Radio Mirchi

3. Message from 5432105001 on 26 August at 13:00 Hrs saying Renewal of Career Tips.

Above are some messages saved in my mobile.

Ring Tone service was also started without consent deducting Rs. 30/- for a month

There are many which were deleted. Citing various reasons about Rs. 150 has been deducted from my account illegally and Continuing

To add to my grief, Airtel authorities also do not allow us talk to their customer care authorities. On more than 15 occasions many days I have called them at 121 and every time my call was deducted before I could address my grevience to the customer care person. This is just mockery of the Customer Care Process….

I continue to suffer at the hands of AIRTEL with SUBSCRIPTIONS FORCED UNTO ME EVERY NOW AND THEN….. Will there be any end to it??

SIMPLY DISCONTINUE ALL ADDITIONAL FORCED SERVICES REFUND ALL THE DEDUCTIONS DONE SO FAR AND PROMISE TO REMAIN FAIR IN FUTURE OR ELSE FACE THE CONSEQUENCES
