MY LANDLINE WAS INSTALLED ON 30th june and disconnected on 6th July suo moto and airtel is not responding to any of my complain, complain number given and no action taken since last july.

Airtel has been billing for the services shamelessly and its seems airtel has started extortion business services connecting and then not serving and not attending to any complain. I have escalated to nodal officer who seems to be joker and write adsurd mail without understanding the issue.
