Internet failure

Dear sir/madam,

I m a prepaid user of airtel, my no. is 9934452522. From 8 to 9 days internet is not working our area. I called customer care to solved it complain no. is CMOSW20831761295 today complain no. is CMOUD20904184019 but they didn't solve. i recharge my account 148, i think i m wasting money and time. i'm feed up of this service, please provide better service, else there are many mobile service provider give cheaper internet pack and excellent service.
