Ballance diduction

Dear sir/mem,

My prepaid balance are deducting by airtel company frequently.

Many time I have complaint but still it hapning again and again... If i complaint for a periode its stopeed again it deduct the balance.

This is not only my problem. This type of problem is facing by most of customers specially villagers and uneducated peoples.

Many time they are starts vallue added services without any information to customers.

Can you do some things to avoid this plunderous business by Airtel.
