My MNP requeste not processed after One Month

Hell sir,

My Name is Jahirul Islam

I am a user of Airtel Mobile Service in West Bengal. My number is 9933720555.

Becuse of poor Network Availablity in my house and my village before one month i decide to do MNP. On 14th Auguse i genarate my UP ID then go to the Docomo Service store and fill a form with my ID. They promiss me that my MNP will be process in under 7 day. But my MNP not processed. When i try to contact with Airtel Costomer care they did not recieve my call. One day i try to contact with them by anothar number and they tell me that my MNP is not processed because i am already agree to take thair promotional offer. When i tell them that have you any prof that i am agree to your offer they have not any ansare. Never i agree with them about Special Offer but whey did not process my MNP.
