Unnecessery deduction of balance amount

Respected sir,

My airtel Mob No 8016516704 on the name of "Krishna Kataraki" has been using the service of airtel from may. Now i am getting disturbence by unnecessary deduction of my balance amount without any intimation. They are deducting the asmount for hello tunes and other services where as i never subscribe the services of my own. I have already reported to customer care and one time they solved the solution but again the same is contionuing and deducting the bal amount.

Kindly Check these thing from May to sep 2011 so that i can acquire the balance from the services which i never subscribe and also inform never to be disturb like this
