I have registered new airtel postpaid number around 25 days back. There is a problem with that sim i.e.no incoming calls are allowed & also message sending & receiving service is not working from the day one. After 1 week's follow up there service guy told me replace the sim to resolve the problem by keeping same number. So i got new sim with same number now the problem is from last 15 days they swap my sim & still it is not activated. Where as as per my knowledge to activate any sim it is hardly a matter of 2-4 hours. They daily promise me that at the end of the day my sim is definitely activated but it never happened. Please consider my complaint & help me to teach them a lesson so that from next time they think twice to ignore customer complaints.
