Activation of unwanted service

A few days back the company activated hello tune without any prior permission. When i realized this i called them back and they had a answer that you called us for activation of this service. They even gave me the time when i activated the service and debited rs.45 from my balance. Its a frequent problem every time they activate a service on their own and blame it on the customer. Some strict action needs to be taken against this.
