Talk time not Given

Hi,

On 7 Sept at 9:51 PM i have recharged my Airtel number number with Rs 200 and Airtel has not given any talk time. recharge was Successful. When called Customer service, they said it's a Pack recharge and i will not get the talk time for this Rs 200.

It is something 3G pack and even my phone is not 3G compatible. This is a new way of cheating the customer, i am not going to use this pack and i want this recharge to get converted in the talk time. I spoke with CC but no resolution given.

Can you believe Rs 200 is just flat recharge which every one does and how you'll feel if you'll not receive any talk time for that.
