Undue money deduction

Dear Sir,

it is painful to report that Airtel has cheated me and afterwards making me their scapegoat. My phone number is 9933907225.i had phone balance of Rs.94 on 9/9 before 11.00 am.suddenly after 11 a.m i got a message saying thank you for using Airtel Live Tv and downloading. Rs.40 is deducted from ur balance.

I checked my balance and found there is only Rs.54 left. When i called the customer care .they said i have used live tv service and downloaded something from a website.they gave me the name of that site which i have never heard or used ever, nor have i ever used or subscribed to Airtel Live Tv.

I told them that i have not used any such service till date, but in vain.they behaved rudely.even their superior was stubborn and rude.i asked them to kindly take a complaint from my concern but they denied to take my complaint.i called them thrice but got the same treatment.

Its hurting that Airtel is cheating us this way.my deduction of Rs.40 is undue.i request to give it back.please
