We bought a new airtel sim (prepaid) for the usage of gps to keep a track of my company's trucks.it was working for a couple of months.it was not responsive after that and when we called the customer care they told that they need verification on id again which we already gave during buying of sim.they told it is due to goverment norms but we use it for the purpose of gps so no one was availabe to pick the call.they insisted me to go the airtel relationship center at t.nagar and kodambakkam.when we went there the response was mediocre and no one dint talk properly itself, they dint respect my age and told in a rude way to use hotline present there.this is how you treat your customer AIRTEL? till now i'm not able to get any solution.
