Balance Amount is deducted for Unwanted Services are activated without my concern

This is regarding unwanted services that are activated on my airtel mobile without my concerns. I called up airtel customer care but they were unable to tell me the date from which it is activated. I asked f how much I am charged for these services till now and that was also not answered.

I wanted these services to be deactivated but still its active. I have no option left and now I need to complain in consumer court.
