Airtel Presence... I applied for DSL Phone (999 unlimited plan) on 23rd june. DSL started after 100 calls on 8th July only and was told that Phone line will start on 19th July as Airtel is upgrading some infrastructure. Called many time and was told new date everytime. Then they started giving SR numbers which were closed by them after 3-4 days w/o checking with the customer. Latest SR# 3482734 was also closed couple of days back w/o resolving the issue and checking with customer (me).

When called today and asking to talk to the supervisor then call was disconnected but I wanted a resolution so called again and was told by another CSR that his superior is unavailable as some software upgrade is happening so please call after 2 hours. On asking that why can't his superior call me as the issue is open from last 2.5 months, there was no answer. So customer need to go through hell and waste money on these calls but Airtel Staff is not willing to help at all.

Bottom line is that its 2.5 months and no call facility and more they are charging for the calls in my bill. Ridiculous / Pathetic... what more I should say... Feeling strongly that MTNL was much better as compare to Airtel even 10 years back... atleast they delivered when promised something...

After the above posted on Airtel facebook page, they sent message that we will look into this but its already 2 days and no one has resolved or reached out to me...
