Abusive phone calls

I am a vodafone customer. Somebody is making phone calls to my vodafone cell number from the airtel number " 919600433922" without any reason and asking about my whereabouts telling he is officially calling from the madurai vodafone office. When I asked who he was he simply cut the phone call and exchanged abusive messages in an unjust manner. I wish to take action against this criminal activity I request you to give me the address of the airtel number owner so that I could take further actions against this person.
