Day 1: I register for broadband service
Day 5: Connection was given without WIFI modem after 5 days, on 14/9. The engineer, Mr Jagan says WIFI modem was out of stock and that he will fix it the next day (15/9). He asks me to say on the activation call that WIFI modem was set up (literally pleads to me and assures me 100%)!!
Day 6: No response the next day, I call him and he says that he has given the WIFI modem to another customer(!!) and there was no stock and that he will bring it the next day (16/9).
Day 7: Still no response the next day, I call him. Later, I get a call from the Airtel Relationship Centre (04442321965) that there is no stock and he will give it on saturday morning (17/9).
Day 8: The executive who picks up doesnt respond properly and refuses to share his name! He cuts the call abruptly.
I am fed up of airtel.
