Disactivate of my new connection

Dear sir,
I had purchased the new prepaid connection last month that time it was activated but know it is disactivated what is the reson behind it? I talked to customer care (9810198101) but no one giving me the valid reason even they cut my calls several time. When i went to the airtel outlet (fateh nagar, jail road, new delhi-110058) but they people are not responding me properly. At the time of purchasing i had submited my copy of passport if company reqired any other document just let me know. Please do the needfull its urgent. Revert me.
