Subject: Request for Redressal of Customer Grievance.

It is a painstaking submission to approach head of Airtel Mobile Services (Postpaid) and soliciting a few moments of your invaluable time addressing to redressal of my grievance.

I was suffering from airtel services from past 3 months, for that i have already registered complain and nothing happend in favour of my issue, so that I have taken decision to discontinue my previous connection (9560454664) and take another connection of Airtel which I have taken from Mr. Tahir (Airtel Executive-9650394595) sitting at HCL Comnet Sec-3, A-9 on 12th-Sep after handover of each and every document. He committed to activate new no. within 24 hours.

And after 5 days yesterday he was saying with wrong attitude that procedure is changed and you have to go for physical verification at your office on Saturday, when my office will be closed.and I was shocked if the policy has been changed then why he didnt told me on Monday, and he didnt stop me to deactivate my previous connection due to which my office work hamper so much.

I also called n. no. of times to 121 and sent mail to 121 & nodal officer, still waiting for response.

So, now it’s my final request to you to active my no. today only.

Otherwise I am going to close all my 5 family members airtel no. with legal action against Mr. Tahir and all the persons who has given wrong commitment.
