DEDUCTION OF BALANCEDEDUCTION OF BALANCE

The wort customer care which i have ever seen is of AIRTEL..nd now i m really frustrated... on 17-9 my balance was approx rs. 300..bt nxt morning when i turned on my phn... my balance was rs. 0.04..i know that its the habit of airtel of doing these kind of things to there customer... nd when i called up the customer care... they say that i have used internet..coz of which my balance have been deducted..but this is ridiculus..i want my balance back in any care..otherwise they will have to face big problems... this is not the first time..they have done it many of times...
