Deactivate AD-54321 Services

I'm using Airtel prepaid Chennai SIM (9789830710). Whenever I come to Bangalore, I'm receiving messages from AD-54321 and Push messages from 17th September. Whenever I receive them Rs.10 gets deducted from my balance. I haven't subscribed for any of these services, still my balance getting deducted unnecessarily.

This is third time I'm facing this issue. This problem is not solved. I request you to deactivate these services at once and solve this issue.
