My name is yatin narula, my mob.no.is9996272827.on 5 september i call customer care to set hello tune on my nimber, but they set diffrent hello tune on my no.

when i call to customer care they told me that ur problem will solve in 2 days

but, they stop my customer call facility

i again call customer care from another no.then i asked what is my fault then they told ur customer care facility will be started in 3 days

till now i can not speak to customer care reprenstative

airtel is very froud mobile company
