Landline and Broadband not working for more than a month

Hi All,

This is a complaint against the Airtel, specifically Land-line / Broadband Services. My land-line phone and broadband internet is not working for more than 1 month now. Numerous calls and emails to 121@airtel.in have not resulted in any change in the status. Moreover, the customer care support is pathetic and seems as if I am I am using their services for free. I was given 3 complaint numbers, of which I am mentioning the last 2 here. Complaint No. 49168782 & 4469352. But surprisingly, none of the complaint numbers seem to have been recorded in the system, as the foolish Customer Care executives could never find that in their system. Since the land-line phone doesn't work, I have to call the Customer Care via mobile, and it costs min. Rs.20 every time as most of the time I end up holding up the call, since their system is either too slow or they are given instruction to hold the call, probably another way of earning.

This is probably the worst customer support I have received till date from any service provider.

More over, to get the connection disconnected, the Customer Support asks me to drop an email as they can't do the same from their end.

Pathetic and disgusting.
