Hi.

my name is sourav samanta. as per trai regulation free sms has been restricted to 100 per day. am well aware of that regulation. but that regulation comes to effect from 27th september. but can you please tell me why your company has restricted the sms to 100 per day from 24th september.?? and also your company is charging me 10 paisa for every sms that i am sending to other network. i called your call center to ask about this they told me it is as per trai regulation. but as per trai regulation there is no such rule. they have only restricted the sms to 100 per day. then why your company is charging 10paisa for every sms that am sending to other network?? am using rs.80/- sms pack.
