Hi,

this is surender bearing mobil number 9717306779, previously i called to 198 for unsubscribing videoparlour and FHM, which they have done but today i got message AD-54321 saying you have been renewed for videoparlour and FHM and both subscriptions have deducted 5/- each, i want it to immediately be unsbuscribed and revert back my money. if this problem persists im gonna change my number to other service provider. if there is any web portal for my subscriptions or any other means for knowing my subscriptions/unsubscribe, let me know. dont think customers are fools, u can play around.
