Complaint regardig auto activation of services and corresponding deduction from balance

I am user of airtel mobile network. From last three months a service AIRTEL BLOG activates in auto without my knowladge and an amount of Rs 10 get deducted from balance amount. I talked to customer care service regarding said problem, they told me that i have activated this service but i never did it. Till now compny have incurred a loss of Rs 30 to me on monthly basis. I request you to take appropriate action against airtel so that in future nobody has to suffer because of unproffesional attitude.my mobile no is 8809241641
