ILLEGAL CHARGES

MY NUMBER IS 98100 24632

I had a missed call on my phone, I tried to call back and a few hours later there was the missed call again.

I ended up trying to call again 2 to 3 times. It was only a try to call. No call actually matured or got connected. in the end I found out that the last attempt cost me Rs. 45.

I want to ask AIRTEL how can they charge such a huge amount without a call going through. I will appreciate full credit for these attempted yet failed calls that happened on 30 Sep/ 1st October early morning.
