Plan was not activated

To Hutch Manager,

My Mo. No.is9923609220. I get a sms30 pack on 25 Apr. I am activating sms30 on26 Apr. I get sms your plan has activated on 27 Apr. But the plan was not activated. I complained at your hutch office Hirabaugh or customer care helpline111 on12 May. At your hutch office or custmercare111 they didn't gave me complain no. After two days again I complained at custmer care no. 111. Then I get complain no. 213637024.After two days again I complained at customer care no.111. On 26 May again I complained at Hutch Hirabaugh office or customer care no. 111 they gave me another complain�? µ no. 217877336. On 29 May you deducted plan charges for second month. In plan there was no information that the plan for every month or terms & cond. Every time calling on 111 you deducted call charges. In customer care office the person surname is Mr. Khutwad. He and other two girls was talking bad with me. I wanted to talk with their manager but they said he is not here or on Holiday. Again I complained at Hirabaugh office on 1 May. They said your plan has been activated. You get 500 500sms validity for two months. Now plan is activated. But I am not sure for two months validity or 1000 sms.
