I have requested Airtel to disconnect my broaband on 24th August because my broadband is not working since 3rd May. despite repeated complaints and follow-ups to fix. Even the disconnection request got closed on 19th september, without disconnecting and a bill of 1300 was sent to me. I have not been able to use broadband since 3rd of may and have paid around 6000 Rs cause bill kept generating.

I have written to airtel appellate and ombudsperson with no restrain. Today after raising a re-disconnection request, I'm being told that no waiver would be given as i did not mention land line which was given as a package with broadband. I was also told on phone that verbal communication holds no value and unless written on an email we will not entertain. For evertything I'm being asked to produce a writen proof. The appellate officer hangedup the phone threatning do what you want but unless you show me in writing that I asked for complete disconnection of broadband and phone no waiver will be achieved where as the same guy raised a disconnection request for me, all relevant emails attached. 6 months of torture, this is the worst company in terms of customer care.
