Again deducted 99/- without my knowledge - SMS from AD-54321

Dear Airtel Customer Service Team (Rakesh Ranga)

Again my account has been deducted by 99/-, what is this problem, i can't bear this torture276

I already complained on 2nd earlier about deduction of 99/- please find the link below, i guess that problem solved and i have been credited with 99/- at 11.59am again by evening 9.15 pm they deducted 99/-from my account.

Could you please tell me why Airtel is targeting my mobile (9618175305) for deducting the amount, when i never downloaded any games, i use mobile for only talking and email purpose i never used the mobile any other purpose.

And also, Today total day im in meeting, i never touched my mobile from 11.45am till i have seen the second deduction sms for java game (which i never downloaded)

I am facing same problem of deduction within 6 days, (first one on 2nd Oct and second one on 7th Oct)

If there is some problem with Airtel system please correct it as early as possible, don't harass customers like this

SMS 11.59am on 7th October, From AA-airtel: RsCREDT_VALUE has been credited to your Airtel mobile on ACT_DECT_DT. Dial *121*2# to check the balance and validity of your Prepaid Card

But I got another sms at 9.15pm on 7th October, From AD-54321: Thanks for downloading Java Game from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 99

When i checked my Airtel again 99 /- has been deducted again, i am getting frustrated with these Airtel services

Please resolve this problem.

And also please stop all other services for this mobile except talking and internet, i earnestly request i can't take more head aches, otherwise let me know i will stop using Airtel for ever and tell my friends not use Airtel ever.
