Without information money deduction

My airtel no. is 8894053555.Since last two months the company is starting some srvices without my consent and deducting amount from my pre paid mobile account. When i contacted the cutomer care they assured me that all the srviceas have been deactivated. But even after that the amount has been deducted.i contacted the senior supervisor Mr. Amit but to no avail. Now the customer care is not responding
