Threating calls from airtel collection agency

Dear Rakesh Ranga / Rakesh kumar,

My name is K Suhas and I have been a very loyal and esteemed customer of Airtel for quite some years now. My number is 9810117950 which is not working anymore. I am writing this email to share my concern and bitter experience with airtel. I am constantly getting threating calls and emails from one of the collection agencies in Delhi. They have been vocally saying to declare me as absconding and give threathing a legal action against me for my pending amount.

I have already contact Airtel customer care have taken the extention of paying the bill by 1st of next month.
