Balance deduction

I am using Airtel mobile prepaid connection from more than One and half years. They unnecessary deducting my balance.whenever i call them regarding this, their response is very poor and no action is taken. Even my phone is registered under DND they sending unwanted sms. Some times they dont even pick the selected calls whoever call them like me. their service is very worst. kindly take necessary action as soon as possible.
