Unnecessery service activation

Dear sir,

i am a costumer of airtel tellicomunication company with mobile number 9996142495.

on oct 5 i activated friend chat with id number 2478952 at time 19:04.but i also deactivate this on same date and time was 19:06 and i was sent a conformation msg from the company.after that i sleeped.

but when i get up next morning i saw to msg that you have been charged rs 30/- for activating friend chat service with id number 4319817.but i was not activated by me.and when i contected to costumer care they said that they have not activated this and even they dont have any information of deactivation of last friend chat service.

so i request to solve this issue as soon as possible.
