Airtel
No incoming or outgoing calls

Hi,

This is to inform you that with effective from 12th Oct' 12 noon there is no incoming or outgoing calls from my Airtel prepaid West Bengal number 8967078670.

All outgoing calls made to any other number are getting redirected and connected to 198 and after the end of the call charges are getting deducted. Around Rs 50 - 60 has been deducted for this.

In spite of making several complaints to the customer care, no response or action was found.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful ASAP.
