Reduction Balance & start service from 54321

My mobile number is 9958811308. i have facing a big problem.on 01/10 i have found a message from 54321 687180 that voice chat subscription is 5.00 rupees. and after 7 days 20.00 rupees reduct balance from same services. when i contact customercare then from otherside i get answer that your subscription stopped now. but i founfd two message per day from this service.54321... who will solve my problem.now irritating this service..plzzzzz help me..help me..
