Got missed call from number starting with 92

Today morning at 09:07 AM, I got missed call from number 923002481575. As a general habbit of mine I call back on same number, I was thinking may be saomeone of my friend had gave me miss call. But when it prompted something in Urdu... I disconnected call. I didn't got charged for the same. Later on while searching Country got, I noticed that 92 is Pakistan's country code for international calls.

As i mentioned earlier, I didn't charged for the call. But because of Security concern (As this call is from Pakistan) I want to mention this incidence here and requesting to my Mobile Service Provider (Airtel) please look in to this.
