Airtel - False commitment for money

Service is not good, If we complaint about balance money is taking unnecessarily, And If we try to call customer Care they purposely cutting our phone call. Last one week my balance is taken daily for downloading pic and song, But i didn't download anythings. Airtel is more worst with customer support.
