Airtel 3g internet speed very slow

Sir,

I am Dibeesh.cp my mobile number is 9995338577 i am using airtel 3g service and i activated 3g data plan Rs.94 0f 150 data . airtel promise to their customers we will assures a speed upto 7mbps but i am getting only 5to10kbps . even 2g connection will not give that much of speed i raised so may complaints through customer care and relationship centers of airtel they only giving Service request till date my problem is not yet resolved, really i am feeling very bad about airtel 3g service and customer support. Airtel is not bother about their customers and they are not ready to solve customer issues . plz any help me how to solve my problem.
