Deduction of money

I have been charged twice for airtel mobile tv services which i had not been subscribed. I lost 80 rupees in one week time. I dont know why these companies make money using these fraud practices. This is a kind of robbery also. I contacted customer care but of no use. They are neither returning money nor they are telling me how to deactivate this service properly. Please help me and save me from this fraud company.
