Unnecessary services are automatically activated

Nowadays Airtel is activating unnecessary services like Jokes, Astrology, mms, cricket, etc... for the customers without their interest and without giving any prior notice. The customers are losing money on this and they are not even aware of this.

Only when their balance reduces to a greater extent, they come to know of this (especially people who don't know to make the maximum use of the mobile). Every time the customers are forced to stop the service by calling to the customer care / by sending some message. Airtel doesn't even reimburse the amount which the customers have lost unnecessarily for not having used the service.

Request Airtel to consider this on priority and stop / not start unnecessary services for the customers when they have not at all requested for the same.
