Balance Deduction

Respected sir,

My Name is Ashwinder Singh, I am using the airtel Gprs Pack of Rs 22, when i close the browser, i see that my balance has been deducted with rs 60, when i call customer care, they said that you have click the link, my comment is that i have not click on any link, if unintentionally i click on any button, there is no confirmation, so kindly reverse the rs 60 in my account, my mobile number is 8968462017. as guidelines provided by trai that there is confirmation from customer before deducting such balance
