Balance deduction

I am an Airtel Sim prepaid customer 9867835507 and would like to get my list of calls for the month of September and October as my balance has been deducted in a large sum even though I had not requested for any services except a few calls. Had recharged again in first week of october and was amazed at the way my balance was deducted for the few calls I have made. The customer service is not available after trying ample of times. So kindly have the balance adjusted accordingly and with the amount of several similar feedbacks I believe and will soon change to other companies. Awaiting response.
