Dear sir,

i have recharge my Mobile of Rs 88/- on 27 Oct in mobile no the videoparlou services has activated and i call the customer care to deactivate the service on 28 Oct. the customer executive said your service are deactivate now. but today i have get another sms of the balance deduction.

the Message are you have been renewed the videoparlou and deducting my 5 Rs today...
