Overcharge of Value added services

Airtel have overcharge for the past two months.

I work in a corporate company & I keep my mobile in the locker & don't use it more. I am using this number from past two years and there was no problem all these years.

Suddenly I am being charged for the following : -

Airtel TV - My mobile is compatible for watching videos

Hungama content game - Which i am not aware of

and daily I have been charged 5rs for all different games
